,男,汉族,山东济南人,中共党员,英语语言文学博士。长期从事高校英语教学与研究工作。现为皇冠bet体育365app教授、硕士生导师、“外语教学团队”负责人。主要学术兴趣包括:第二语言习得、外语教学与研究、外语教师发展和语言测试。

总体情况:自1994年以来,共发表英语教学研究论文30余篇(其中以第一作者发表论文20篇)。其中被CSSCI外语类刊物收录10篇(第一作者8篇)、核心刊物6篇(第一作者4篇)、一般刊物论文8篇(第一作者7篇)。另外出版专著2部和教材1部。近5年来,主持科研项目5项。其中省部级2项,省级课题1项,校级课题2项,参与省级课题一项。

RESEARCHINTERESTS

I have been involved in EFL teaching andresearch for nearly 20 years, working as a teacher and researcher in QufuNormal University and Shandong Normal University. My research focuses on ELT, in particular in English as a foreignlanguage in Chinese context. I have done work on Chinese EFL teachers’ cognition and development, SLA Research and EFL Teaching in Chinesecontext. My approach is problem driven and I use a range of methodologies,from the micro analysis of texts to more ethnographic approaches to datacollection and analysis. I have authored or edited 3 books and published 23referred journal articles. I have published in most of the leading foreignlanguage teaching and research journals both home and abroad, including Journal of the Foreign Language World, Modern Foreign Languages,Journal of Foreign Languages, Shandong Foreign Language Teaching Journal ,Journal of Language Teaching and Research,.

At the School of Foreign LanguagesandLiterature, I teach advanced English, British and AmericanCulture and Survey of BritishLiterature at the undergraduate level and MA TEFL modules on SLA Research and EFLTeaching in Chinese context,English languagetesting and EFL teachers’ cognition anddevelopment at the graduate level. I also supervise a group of MA studentsallof whom are working in the area of EFL learning and teaching in Chinese contextand foreignlanguage teacher development.
